Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations are accepted before an order is shipped. Once dispatched, eligible returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery with unpacking images and order details.

Refunds are processed to the original payment mode after quality checks. Custom blouses, altered garments and used products are not eligible for return.
